Items usually ship within 3-5 business days. Please email me before placing your order if you need your parcel sent express or have any other special handling requests. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. I appreciate your understanding that I cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost or damaged in the post.
International customers please keep in mind that international mail may be held for up to 4 weeks at customs. Depending on the laws and regulations of your country of residence, you may have to pay additional customs fees or taxes when you receive your package. I do not mark packages as a "gift" and always declare the full value of your order so you can get a refund in case of loss or damages.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of my wares, I cannot offer returns or exchanges in most cases. In the rare occurrence that your package has been lost or damaged in the post, please contact your local post office with your tracking number and file a reimbursement claim.
If your item has arrived and you are unhappy with it for another reason, please contact me within three days of it's arrival. I can issue a full refund of cost minus shipping once the item has been returned. I cannot offer exchanges (unless in exceptional circumstances) as each product may take weeks to reproduce and the unique nature of my pieces means a reproduction may not even be possible.
