Items that are in stock will usually ship within 3-5 business days. Please email us before placing your order if you need your parcel sent express or have any other special handling requests. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. We cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost in the post.
International customers please keep in mind that international mail may be held for up to 4 weeks at customs. Depending on the laws and regulations of your country of residence, you may have to pay additional customs fees or taxes when you receive your package. We do not mark packages as "gift" and always declare the full value of your order so that you can get a refund in case of loss or damages.
Refunds & Exchanges
Generally, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless we have accidentally sent a defective item. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot be held responsible for damages due to postal transit. In the rare occurrence that a package is lost or damaged in the post please contact your local post office with your tracking number and file a reimbursement claim.
Refunds based on colour discrepancy will not be accepted - please remember that colour varies from screen to screen and while we do our best to photograph our products accurately, your monitor setting may be slightly different from ours. Also the nature of some of our products (especially those naturally dyed) means the coloration and texture will vary and be unique to each item. This is advised on the product listings that apply.
If your item arrives defective, please contact us with a photo of the item within 3 days of it's arrival and we will exchange it for a replacement of the same product or similar product of equal value.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can also exchange it for another item as long as it is in sellable condition - unworn, unwashed and with original packaging. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
